Jordan-based ‘Estarta’ recognised as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ in 2023

Estarta recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Jordan in 2023

Amman – Jordan-based Estarta, a global network engineering and IT solutions company, has been recently recognised as one of the best places to work in Jordan for 2023, according to a statement published on the “Best Places to Work” website on Wednesday, April 13.

Best Places to Work is an international certification Programme, and is considered the ‘Platinum Standard’ in identifying and recognizing top workplaces around the world.

Every year, Best Places to Work runs surveys and assessments of various companies and their work environments.

During Estarta’s assessment, 80% of the employees recommended the company in recognition of its culture of transparency, trust and collaboration, according to a press release obtained by Eye on Business.

Commenting on this achievement, CEO of Estarta, Mutaz Nabulsi, said “This award was a result of incredible teamwork across all organisations and at all levels. It is an award for all Estartans who make it happen, every day.”

Estarta, established 32 years ago, according to their website, has come a long way since, and is now a major player in multiple markets throughout the Middle East and Europe, providing services in 13 different languages.

“We are honoured to have been recognised as one of the ‘Best Places to Work’. This is a testament to how Estarta supports diversity, inclusion, women’s empowerment, and a positive work environment for all.”

Best Places to Work’s assessment measures 8 workplace factors to evaluate a company’s culture, leadership, opportunities for growth and people practices, including an employee satisfaction survey.

In addition to the survey, Best Places to Work conducts a human resources (HR) assessment of the company’s HR practices against their own ‘people framework standard’, which – according to their website – is proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.

In Jordan, Best Places to Work is partnering up with the Jordanian non-profit organisation “Partner for Good”, an organisation focusing on supporting local organisations through projects related to Community Engagement, Enterprise support, Micro Financing, Women Empowerment, child protection, youth empowerment, good governance, and workforce development.

Best Places to Work is a USA-based Programme, run in partnership with Best Companies Group (BCG) – to be differentiated from the Boston Consulting Group, also known as BCG.

The Programme first started featuring companies outside of the US in 2010, spanning more than 60 countries around the world today.
